For Pet Owners
We're So Sorry For Your Loss
At this difficult time, we want to be as transparent and helpful as possible. Below is a clear guide explaining what to do next and what you can expect as you say goodbye to your beloved companion.
1.) Contact Us
Call our office at (941) 504-2386 from 8am to 8pm. After hours, you may text or leave a message. We can arrange pickup from your home or your veterinarian's clinic the same day, or you may bring your pet directly to our facility.

2.) Select Cremation Type
We offer both private and communal cremations. During a private cremation, your pet is the only pet in the chamber and only your pet’s ashes are returned. Communal cremation is handled with equal dignity and care, but no ashes are returned.
3.) Tracking You Can Trust
Every pet receives paperwork, a unique barcode, and a stainless steel identification tag. This ID stays with your pet throughout the entire process to ensure accuracy and peace of mind.
4.) Choose an Urn & Keepsakes
We offer wood, metal, ceramic, and personalized urns. A wood urn is included with every private cremation. Keepsakes such as paw prints and jewelry are also available to honor your pet.

5.) Optional Viewing
Families who wish may spend a quiet moment with their pet before cremation. You may also be present as your pet is gently placed into the cremation chamber.
6.) Return of Your Pet’s Cremains
Once the cremation is complete, your pet’s ashes are returned to your home or to your veterinarian’s office. Our goal is to make the time apart from your beloved companion as short as possible.
